I heard their song Bother on the radio years ago, huge fan ever since.

They’re my dads favorite band, literally grew up listening to them.

I think I was hanging out with Chris Steele from 9.35 one day, and he was talking about how this band was going to be huge one day, he played me a few of their demos he somehow got a hold of, I was hooked.

Everyone you love will hurt you. Everyone you care about will disappoint you. All the nameless faces in between will just fade in and fade out. High hopes will only hurt you. Nobody cares, nobody’s there and you’re too weak to fight on your own. Now look at the sky, try to wrap your head around the infinite and then you’ll realize how insignificant you really are.

I feel like I’m not doing things right. Like, perhaps I’m not going toward what I should, I’m not living how I should, what if I wasn’t meant to go for music as my future. What if I’m going to sit here 10 years from now and be a nobody. Oh well.
